David Tripp III is the Broker/Owner of DTIII Realty, LLC and leads The Tripp Real Estate Team, serving buyers, sellers, military families, and relocating professionals throughout Middle Georgia. A United States Air Force veteran, David brings a leadership background to real estate that extends well beyond the transaction. His career has been shaped by accountability, attention to detail, strategic problem-solving, and taking care of people—qualities that now define the experience his clients receive.

Having called Middle Georgia home while building both his professional career and real estate business in the region, David offers clients a valuable understanding of the communities surrounding Robins Air Force Base, including Warner Robins, Bonaire, Kathleen, Perry, Centerville, Byron, Macon, and the surrounding areas.

His military background also gives David a personal understanding of the challenges that can accompany relocation. Whether assisting a military family PCSing to Robins AFB, helping a first-time buyer prepare for homeownership, positioning a property for sale, or representing an experienced homeowner making their next move, David believes clients deserve more than someone who simply opens doors or places a sign in the yard.
